The Liberated Mind exists to empower homeschool families, Christian school students, and self-motivated adult learners to pursue a rich and meaningful education to foster a lifelong love of learning.
Rooted in a classical-inspired approach to reading, writing, and lifelong learning, The Liberated Mind offers personalized tutoring, homeschool consulting, and thoughtfully created study resources for students and adults of all ages.
I believe education should be freeing, accessible, and enjoyable — not restricted to institutions or expensive programs. My mission is to help families cultivate wisdom in their homes and to support adults in building their own self-directed intellectual journeys.
Through one-on-one instruction, customized educational planning, and practical tools for literature, writing, and independent learning, I walk alongside students and families as a mentor, encourager, and guide.

About Me
As a former educator and lifelong lover of books, I’ve always had a deep passion for learning. I moved out of my parents’ home at twenty and worked my way through college, fighting hard to become an educator while supporting myself financially. After graduating, I landed my dream job as a Christian school English teacher and got married soon after. I know firsthand both the joys and the challenges of being a full-time educator, and my heart now is to support parents, teachers, and students wherever they are in their educational journey.
As I look at the state of education in America, I’m eager to help families who have chosen to bring learning home. I understand the weight parents feel when they don’t feel equipped for such a meaningful task, and I want to help by offering resources and simplifying the process so families can thrive.
I also know how difficult and costly it can be to pursue higher education. When I created my own course roadmap, I realized how valuable it could be for others who long to keep learning but aren’t sure where to begin.
